From Visionary to Party-Pooper

My recent blogpostings and watching myself in meetings and discussions shows tendencies that I don't like: I'm far to quick at hand with solutions, I try to nail down things to fast to be practical and doable, and I also ask other to think like that.
That's not good. That means acting the same way as stupid stubborn hardliners act.
